My story is one of heritage, passion, and precision. I’m Chef Allie Maciel — born and raised in Mexico, where food is a language of love and tradition. Guided by family recipes passed down through generations, I later earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and International Cooking, blending time-honoured flavors with professional craft. Every private dinner I create is an invitation to experience the heart of Mexico — a celebration of culture, warmth, and connection, brought to life in the comfort of your own home or holiday retreat.
